Dear Colleagues: This is to inform you that we have moved the paper submission deadline for The Fourth International Symposium on Neural Networks (ISNN 2007) to: November 25, 2006. To submit papers, please go to http://liu.ece.uic.edu/ISNN07/ or http://cilserver.acae.cuhk.edu.hk/contribution/author/ Most papers accepted by and presented at ISNN2007 will be published by Springer as multiple volumes of Lecture Notes in Computer Science which will be indexed by SCI-Expanded. Other accepted papers will be published in special issues of SCI journals including - Neurocomputing - International Journal on Neural Computing & Applications - Journal of Neural Engineering - Applied Intelligence - Int.
