Research Fellow in Cognitive Robotics/Vision -- University of Leeds

This post is based in the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Biological Systems of the School 
of Computing where the post holder will join a team of researchers led by Professors Tony Cohn and 
David Hogg. The post holder will conduct and publish innovative research in the area of  learning 
about activities, and the spatio-temporal world a robot inhabits, with a particular focus on 
qualitative spatio-temporal representations. The person appointed will contribute to the final 
year of the RACE project (http://project-race.eu/) and particularly to the STRANDS (Spatio-Temporal
Representations and Activities for Cognitive Control in Long-Term Scenarios)   project 
(http://www.strands-project.eu/). Each STRANDS academic partner (including Leeds) has a Metralabs 
Scitos A5 robot.
