      "Software Evolution in Complex Software Intensive Systems"
            March 21-23, 2007 Amsterdam, the Netherlands

The European Conference on Software Maintenance and Reengineering
(CSMR), the premier European conference on the theory and practice of
maintenance, reengineering and evolution of software systems,
promotes discussion and interaction among researchers and
practitioners about the development of maintainable systems, and the
evolution, migration and reengineering of existing ones.

One of the basic intentions of this conference is to offer a European
forum for discussion and exchange of experiences among researchers
and practitioners both from academia and industrial world. We invite
people from industry, industrial research and academia to partecipate
to this conference.

Some highlights of the CSMR conference (further info in the program):
- Stevens Lecture: a talk of Nicholas Zvegintzov on Software Development
- Keynote (shared with Equity conference): Jan Pieter Herwijer (former
CIO of AKZO and AHOLD) on value of software and software maintenance
- Industrial Track: experiences from industry
- Tool demonstrations
- 4 interesting workshops in advance of the conference (20 March 2007)
