Extended Deadline for IEEE CEC 2007 Paper Submissions: 31 March 2007!!! 

  

Due to overwhelming demand, the deadline for submissions is being extended to 31 March 2007, but please submit as soon as possible to help us minimize delays to the paper review process. This deadline applies to all submissions to special sessions and at large. Please refer to the conference website for details on paper submissions.
