ENQUIRY: AI in Customer Service

I am looking to be put in touch with a university or company who specialise/have experience in 
utilising AI for Customer Service, responding to customer emails primarily.
Could you please help me attain some contacts?
At this stage I am just trying to understand what is out there, I am not looking to implement 
something immediately. However, if a suitable solution is available I would be looking to 
understand the effectiveness and cost benefit of integrating with our customer service function.
