****************************************************************** HRI EARLY REGISTRATION CLOSES 1/31/2013 ****************************************************************** Registration is now open for HRI2013, the 8th ACM/IEEE International Conference on Human-Robot Interaction, to be held in Tokyo, Japan, March 3-6, 2013. Early registration closes January 31, 2013. HRI is a single-track, highly selective annual international conference that seeks to showcase the very best interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research in human-robot interaction with roots in social psychology, cognitive science, HCI, human factors, artificial intelligence, robotics, organizational behavior, anthropology and many more, and we invite broad participation. The theme of HRI 2013 is "Robots as Holistic Systems." Students receiving support will be expected to volunteer time to help with on-site registration and with general duties, as needed, from March 3 (early on-site registration, tutorials, and workshops) through March 6, 2012. Note: You do not have to have an accepted paper/poster at HRI2013 to be considered for financial support, although students with accepted work will be given priority.
