At ICMLC's annual conference, researchers and practitioners from around the world gather together to interact, to inform, and to inspire. Leading international researchers, including leaders from IEEE, especially the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, will serve as Tutorial and Keynote speakers.
