The 6th International Conference on Field and Service Robotics FSR’07
July 9-12 2007, Chamonix, France

www.inrialpes.fr/FSR07

The 6th International Conference on Field and Service Robotics (FSR'07) will be held in Chamonix Mont-Blanc, France on 9-12 July 2007.
The conference will provide a forum for researchers, professionals and robot manufacturers to exchange up-to-date technical knowledge and experience. In addition to the technical sessions, there will be plenary and invited sessions. We invite papers describing original work in a number of technical areas.

SELECTED PAPERS FOR JOURNAL PUBLICATION

Selected papers will be considered for publications on the following journals:
- Special issue of the International Journal of Robotics Research (Theoretical contributions)
- Special issue of the journal of Intelligent service robotics (contributions to applications on Service Robotics)
In addition a book version of the Conference Proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in their STAR series.

CONFERENCE LOCATION

The conference will be held at Chamonix Mont-Blanc resort, France. Chamonix is a year-round sightseeing destination thanks to its fantastic environment and major attractions such as the Aiguille du Midi cable car (3842 m) or the red cog-wheel train of Montenvers which climbs to the famous “Mer de Glace”. In the heart of the Northern Alps, Chamonix lies at the crossroads of three countries (Switzerland, Italy, France) and benefits from an international communication network.
